Shipping Policy
CAMAT Nail System has an order processing time of 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping time is approximately 2–8 business days once the package is transferred to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
If any issue arises with your delivery, please contact your carrier, mail office or courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages.
No refunds will be issued for delayed shipments, as we do not control carrier operations, weather conditions, natural events or any situation beyond our control.
USPS: First Class & Priority Service
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by USPS and are beyond our control.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Carrier delays
- Shipments not delivered by the estimated USPS tracking date
Shipping estimates do not include handling/processing time. Processing times may be extended during sales or high-volume periods.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and may not ship the same day. Orders are only processed after full payment is received.
Once the package leaves our facility and is with the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Please refer to your tracking number for the most accurate updates and contact USPS for delivery inquiries.
CAMAT Nail System is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, including:
- Initial shipping cost
- Return shipping (e.g., incorrect address, Return to Sender, failed delivery attempts)
- Any additional carrier-related charges
We ship to USA, Puerto Rico, and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
International Customers
Once the package arrives in your country, it becomes the responsibility of the local postal service.
CAMAT Nail System is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Customs fees, taxes or duties
- Packages held, returned or confiscated by customs
