Shipping Policy
CAMAT Nail System has an order processing period of 2-5 business days once the order is placed. Shipping time is approximately 2 to 8 business days once delivered to the carrier's facilities. You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. If any inconvenience arises, you should contact your carrier, mail office or courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages. Money will not be refunded for late shipment, as we do not maintain control of it, whether due to the carrier, weather, natural disasters or another event beyond our control.

USPS: First Class and Priority Service
All shipping times at checkout are estimates provided by the postal service and are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier. No refunds will be issued if the carrier does not deliver by the estimated date in their tracking information.
Shipping estimates do not include handing/processing time and processing time is extended during sales events.
Orders are processed by order of receipt and may not be shipped same day. Orders will only be processed if payment has been fully received.
Once the package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the postal carrier, it is out of our control. Please refer to tracking information for the most up to date information and defer to your postal service as to its whereabouts. NOTΒ responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages.
All shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes initial shipping, return shipping if applicable (including but not limited to incorrect entry of address by the customer, all Return to Sender markings, and failed delivery to addressee) and other related incidents.
We ship to the USA, Puerto Rico and other countries, and the rate is calculated at checkout by weight for national and international shipments.
International Customers: Please note that we take no responsibility for your package once it arrives in your country. If you have any customs issues or customs fees, you should contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for any international customs duties or fees owed.
