Our Story
Hello,
My name is Aysha and I have an Almighty Father, who believes me to be an artist by nature (Job 22:28), and I am passionate about everything I do. Now, I will tell you my story...
In mid-2021 I stood on one foot, I lived for my two children and the little that was left of me, due to my postpartum depression and the anxiety I lived with. Despite living for and for the Lord, there were things about me that were still empty. It wasn't until summer 2022 that I sought professional help and decided to break my fears.
One day in the middle of a therapy session I told my psychologist that I wanted to do something that would help me distract myself, that would not be a responsibility but would generate an income. Being good at the arts, organization and wanting the best for others, it occurred to me to take a nail course. But, what started as a hobby became my passion, my therapy and my job. I had so many plans...
In the spring of 2023 I had to pause everything, leave my country due to lack of medical and therapeutic services for my son, a child with autism. I spent a whole year getting to know my new home, adjusting to a new routine and dedicating 100% of my time to my children. In the midst of school transitions, doctors, and routine evaluations I discovered that my daughter had ADHD, Epilepsya and Dyslexia. Now I had two neurodivergent children.
I had to restructure my life and re-create a routine that allowed me to give full time as a mother and housewife, plus to take care of myself.
CAMAT was born from the desire to be able to be at home and provide my children with what they need, not only in their material needs but also a mother who can be there for them. An emotionally well mother, a willing mother, a suitable mother... but above all, a compassionate and educating mother. CAMAT will seek to impact families who are going through the same situation as me, and will want to be able to contribute its grain of sand to their progress.
A year ago I didn't understand many things... today I know my purpose.
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. - John 15: 16
