No. At CAMAT Nail System all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:
- The item isΒ defective
- Your product arrivedΒ damaged
- You received theΒ wrong item by mistake
We will evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (including beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Refunds for Damaged Items or Order Errors
In cases where CAMAT Nail System determines that a refund is warranted due to:

- An internal packing error
Then:
- We will notify you once the claim is reviewed and approved.
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
