Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Your product arrivedΒ damaged

We will evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (including beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds for Damaged Items or Order Errors

In cases where CAMAT Nail System determines that a refund is warranted due to:

  • A product defect
  • An internal packing error

Then:

  1. We will notify you once the claim is reviewed and approved.
  2. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  3. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
