Refunds and Returns

We apologize for the inconvenience but do not accept returns. All of our purchases are final. We do not accept order cancellations or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item in error from us, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We are not responsible for lost or broken packages.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return for damage or order error and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
